How to reach us: by car or train

Arriving by car

From March to November the old town of Monterosso and the seaside are a limited traffic zone.

Monterosso boasts two public car parks (reservations not allowed):

LORETO car park, at the entrance to the historic center
FEGINA car park, at the entrance of the new side of the town (recommended)

  • HOW TO REACH  "FEGINA" public parking lot:

GPS ADRESS: via Fegina 104, 19016 Monterosso (SP).

EXIT suggested on motorway A12 Genova-Livorno: LEVANTO-CARRODANO.

From Carrodano follow the direction to LEVANTO, then to CINQUE TERRE-MONTEROSSO, along the SP38.

Remaining on the SP38 follow the sign to FEGINA, where you will find the public parking lot, at the end of the road.

  • PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

During the summer months, in case of heavy traffic, the cars may be stopped by the local Municipal Police Command, to avoid traffic jams, at Colle di Gritta crossroads, 3 km from the town.

Waiting times depend on traffic conditions: information provided on the spot by the municipal police agents on duty.

Directions to "LORETO" Parking lot.

Exit the motorway at CARRODANO-LEVANTO (on the A12 Genoa-Livorno).

Follow the signs to Levanto and Monterosso. After Levanto follow towards Monterosso, the road leads up the hill, reaches the top and passes through a short tunnel, continue straight and then, after a few meters, stay on the left following Strada Provinciale 38 until you reach LORETO parking lot.

Arriving by Train


Once you have arrived at the station you can call us. You may also inform us in advance of your train's arrival time and we will book a taxi for you.
