Check-in and check-out times?

For guests arriving the room is available from 3 pm.

On the day of check-out, the room must be vacated by 11 am.

We have luggage storage for guests arriving before 3 pm or who wish to leave later in the afternoon.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

The hotel restaurant “La Terrazza” boasts a large inside dining room with Seaview and an outside panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.

Our guests will discover the traditional Ligurian and Italian cuisine, a prestigious selection of wines and, of course, all the space required by current regulations.

Gluten-free options are available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

 

Does the Hotel have a concierge service?

The Reception staff is available 24/24 for information on the Cinque Terre National Park, restaurant reservations, excursions, taxi transfers, etc.

 

How does the CINQUE TERRE CARD work?

The CINQUE TERRE CARD, required to access the trail network and all the services provided by the Cinque Terre National Park, can be purchased at the National Park ticket office, located a few minutes outside the hotel, leaving the garden, on path no. 2, the Sentiero Azzurro (the Blue Trail).

 

 

Does the hotel have laundry?

The hotel has its own laundry service (at a charge).

Clothing delivered in the evening will be returned within noon the following day.

The items delivered at the Front Desk by 9 am will be returned by 6 pm on the same day.

 

Does the hotel have parking?

The old town of Monterosso, where the hotel is located, is a pedestrian area.

The cars must be left in the two public parking lots “Fegina” and “Loreto”.

Customers collect the ticket at the entrance and will pay the balance at the departure at the cash machines (cash/credit card).

From the car parks, taxis can reach the hotel within 5 minutes (no charge for direct bookings)
