From the terrace of our restaurant, overlooking the sea of the Cinque Terre, we will take you to discover Liguria through the flavors of our tradition, revealing the secrets of one of the symbols of Italian cuisine in the world, the Pesto alla Genovese. Prà Basil DOP, marble mortar and pestle are the basis of this fragrant emerald sauce, which will serve to season the potato gnocchi, another local specialty that will be prepared during the lesson.
