Our Chef Fabio and his staff will delight you with homemade pasta, such as the traditional Pansoti con salsa di noci (half-moon shape ravioli, filled with local herbs, dressed with walnut sauce), or Trofie al pesto (dumpling with fresh-basil sauce), or Spaghetti Porto Roca (Spaghetti with the finest seafood, as lobster, mussels, clams, king-prawns...).
You can't miss, of course, the local fish, such as Filetto di Branzino alla Monterossina (Baked Seabass fillet with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, pinenuts and olives) or an appetizing variety of seafood recipes, such as Zuppetta di cozze (Mussels soup with garlic croutons).
The homemade desserts, it is worth saying, will be the icing on the cake of your journey among the Ligurian flavors.
